Are you deaf or hard of hearing? Then you can have a conversation with the Klant Contact Centrum through Tolkcontact Teletolk (in Dutch). This can be done through a Dutch Sign Language interpreter or a text mediator.
The desks of Burgerzaken (Civil Affairs) and Sociaal Domein (Social Domain) have tools available for conversations between deaf and hard of hearing and desk clerks. You can also use these tools if you are bothered by environmental noise and stimuli.
Mobility aids such as mobility scooters (4 or 3 wheels) are permitted in city hall.
